Thank you for choosing Bradley County Medical Center in Warren, Arkansas as your preferred provider of medical services. Our mission is to provide superior care to every patient every time.

Here at Bradley County Medical Center, we make it a priority to inform you about your health care and strive to provide you with access to accurate, timely health information through the use of our newly developed Patient Portal. Having this electronic access through your personal, secured email will allow you the ability to review your medical record which will include many results from your stay here at our facility. This information may include but is not limited to; completed medical procedures, medical history, medications taken, allergies, existing or developing medical conditions, etc. You can also download your confidential medical record to your private computer for your personal records, as well as electronically share your record with another medical professional if there is a need.

Upon discharge from our hospital, the email address you shared with us during the registration process will receive an auto-generated email from our electronic health record. This email will include a link directing you to step-by-step instructions on how to access your patient portal. Patients can also make payments through the Patient Portal. Navigate to the Billing tab to find your statements and make payments.

Signing Up for the Patient Portal

If you try to create an account without using a link that the Patient Portal sends you in an email, you must get all the information correct, including the email on the account. One of the most common errors are trying to use a different email than what BCMC has on file. Once we have the correct email, we can have the system send you a link to sign up for the portal.

Whenever you receive an email to join the Patient Portal a temporary username and password are created. Once you click on the link in the email, the temporary credentials should auto populate into the username and password fields. Just click sign in and do not click create account at the top of the page. Once you sign in with the temporary credentials, the system will ask you to set a username, password, and security questions.

If you ask for a password reset, you will receive an email with a link. Click on the link and the password field will have a temporary password in it. Just click sign in if you have the correct username. If you request a username and password reset the system will send you an email with a link and the temporary credentials will auto populate just like when you initially created your account.

You can call 870-226-4327 or 870-226-4358 with questions about signing up or logging into the portal.

What is the Patient Portal?

The Bradley County Medical Center patient portal is an online health management tool that includes a view of clinical data from your BCMC Electronic Medical Record.

The clinical data on the Patient Portal includes:
Test results
Medications
Allergies
Immunizations
Health Issues

This interactive web portal, accessible via any mobile device, via the MEDITECH MHealth app, or desktop computer, gives patients and their families easy, secure access to their health information and providers. Patients can use the portal to:

● Book and pre-register for appointments; sign consent forms; complete questionnaires; and update insurance information, demographics, medications, and allergies — all before arriving for their visit.

● Upon arrival, they can complete self-check-in via smartphone, eliminating the need for kiosks and waiting in line to check-in for appointments.

● Easily access provider notes, radiology reports, and laboratory results; securely message their providers; and request prescription renewals between visits.

● Grant portal access to family members and caregivers, so they can help their loved ones manage appointments, bills, and conditions.

● Clinicians at BCMC will also be able to use the portal to better track their patients’ health progress, with the help of virtual visits and remote monitoring.

● MEDITECH’s Virtual Care solution enables physicians and patients to schedule online visits for routine appointments. Clinicians can also pre-screen patients with COVID-19 symptoms, and respond quickly to those in need of immediate guidance, while the healthcare organization continues to follow social distancing guidelines.

● With remote monitoring, patients can upload data from personal health devices and medical device kits into the health portal. By tracking and trending this data, providers can keep a close eye on those patients with chronic or preexisting conditions and adjust treatment accordingly, without always having them come in for an office visit.

If you have questions about your medical records please contact our Medical Records department at 870-226-4385.
