OT Touchbionics

The BCMC Outpatient Therapy Department is located in the Brunson Medical Complex at 204 North Bragg Street in Warren. The hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday.

Legacy rehabilitation has teamed up with Bradley County Medical Center to offer a unique brand of therapy that provides an experience that is unlike any other therapy clinic around for inpatient, outpatient & home health services. We provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy in all three settings. The entire rehabilitation team at Bradley County Medical Center is unified to provide Warren and surrounding areas with the best care possible.

The outpatient clinic is housed in the Brunson Medical Complex along with BCMC's Home Health offices and the BCMC Auxiliary Thrift Shop. It consists of 5 private patient rooms and a spacious gym area that provides top of the line equipment for all your rehabilitation needs. The patient rooms provide privacy for when you receive your thorough evaluation and comfort for when you receive the more exposing soft tissue and joint mobilization treatments.

The gym consists of more than 15 state of the art machines to rehab any injury from your neck down to your toes.

From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave you will receive personalized one-on-one treatments that consist of soft tissue, joint mobilizations, dry needling, modalities, and exercises to rehabilitate your specific impairment.

In addition to treating impairments we believe that it is our responsibility to help prevent future injuries. This is accomplished through patient education, changing compensatory movement patterns, and FMS (Functional Movement Systems). FMS provides a standardized approach to assessing fundamental movement, identifying limitations and asymmetries, and developing individualized corrective exercise programs. The FMS is used to identify risk of injury for athletes of any level. The FMS is used in all major sports but in particular it is widely used in the NFL. A recent study found that in rookies having the same ranking in the NFL draft (strength, size, athletic ability, etc.), the one with a higher FMS score was drafted higher 95 percent of the time.

BCMC Recognized for Advancing Rural Stroke Care

People who live in rural communities live an average of three years fewer than urban counterparts and have a 40% higher likelihood of developing heart disease and face a 30% increased risk for stroke mortality, according to an American Heart Association’s presidential advisory on rural health. Bradley County Medical Center is committed to changing that.

For its efforts to optimize stroke care and reduce gaps in rural health outcomes, BCMC has received the American Heart Association’s Get With The Guidelines® - Stroke Rural Recognition Bronze award.

Stroke is the No. 4 cause of death and a leading cause of disability in the U.S, according to the American Heart Association’s 2026 Heart Disease and Stroke Statistics Report. A stroke occurs when a blood vessel supplying the brain is blocked by a clot or ruptures, preventing blood and oxygen from reaching brain tissue. When this happens, brain cells begin to die. Early detection and rapid treatment are critical to improving survival, minimizing disability and supporting faster recovery.
