
Home Health Services
It is the goal of the Home Health team to provide high quality, skilled health care to patients in their own homes. We care for people living in Bradley County, Cleveland County and the surrounding areas and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Services:
Skilled Nursing attends to such illnesses as cancer, diabetes, heart and lung disease, wounds, infections, urinary incontinence, and instructs patients and their caregivers how to care for the illness.Physical Therapy treats problems such as polio, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, stroke, and general debility following fractures and joint replacement surgery.
Occupational Therapy evaluates and instructs patients in the use of adaptive equipment, the conduct of daily living activities, motor control, strengthening, and rehabilitation of perception and cognition.
