CEO's Message

Welcome to Bradley County Medical Center. As I start my 32nd year in healthcare in Arkansas, I am proud to be a part of this hospital. We have a lot of history with our community and if you take the time to read the BCMC History on our website you will see that we have grown and adapted to the changing times over the last six decades.

And while there has been much change during those decades, the pace of change in the healthcare world has never been greater or faster than it is today. From giant leaps in technology to a constantly changing regulatory environment that governs what healthcare is and can be.

Because of this dynamic pace of change, what healthcare will look like in the next decade is anyone's guess at this point. But what I can tell you about the next decade is our continuing commitment to you and the communities we serve.

We shall continue to strive to meet your healthcare needs. To bring new and improved diagnostic tests and tools to the community to promote your well-being. To find new ways to make your healthcare more affordable and more accessible. To ensure that there is adequate primary care physician coverage and specialists to support them. To be here when you need us - this is our commitment to you.

And to be at our best when you need us the most - this is my commitment to you.

BCMC Issues Urgent Call for Blood Donations at Upcoming LifeShare Blood Drive Feb. 23

Bradley County Medical Center is issuing an urgent appeal to the community for blood donations in its upcoming LifeShare Blood Drive scheduled for Friday, Feb. 23 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. The blood drive will take place in the BCMC Rural Health Clinic parking lot, located across the street from the ER entrance at the hospital.

Blood donations are down across the country as it’s hit a 20-year low so if you are able to donate, please come by and give blood on Feb. 23. Potential donors can reserve a time slot online through the donor portal on www.lifeshare.org. You do not have to make an appointment as walk-ins are encouraged. Every donor will receive a token of appreciation in the form of a long sleeve influencer shirt, while supplies last, for their selfless contribution. Together, the Warren community can ensure that local hospitals have the necessary resources to provide quality healthcare when it matters most.
